Gradual Ownership
Summer is the deeded homeowner, buying the home on your behalf. We collect an interest-free, fully-refundable initial payment equal to 20% of the home’s purchase price, as well as a monthly membership fee that goes towards purchasing the home, should you decide to buy at any point for up to three years. If you decide to make it official and purchase your home, 100% of your initial payment– as well as 50% of your paid membership fee– is credited towards your purchase.
Immediate Ownership
If you know you’ve found the one, you buy the home directly, while Summer handles everything from property management to consistently renting out the property on a short-term basis to offset your ownership costs.
Our expert design team professionally designs & furnishes the home. We manage every last detail of maintaining the property, managing your revenue, booking short-term guests, and more.
